Guadeloupe is a butterfly-shaped 630-square-mile French Caribbean island that is a department of France. The visit is part of Audubon’s partnership with Monsieur Raymond Hinz , Attaché for Cooperation Consulat Général de France, School Inspector / Superintendent of Schools and the French Consulate. During the delegation’s visit to the U.S, they are also scheduled to meet with the Governor, State Superintendent John White, Universities and more.
