Einstein Charter School Extension seeks donors of artwork, plants, landscaping for new school

Einstein Charter School, recognized by the Louisiana Department of Education as a School of Recognized Academic Growth and by the New Orleans Public School Board as a “Top Performing” school, has been asked to assume an additional school in its community.

All operational funds for the school are dedicated to the student body, since Einstein and Einstein Extension in essence doubles the community school’s enrollment. However, the Einstein Extension Campus is basically a series of modular portable buildings. Einstein Charter CEO Shawn Toranto is working to provide some aesthetic improvements in the areas of landscaping throughout the new campus and add creative art work to line the fences which surround the school.
 
It is Einstein’s belief that children should attend a school which is aesthetic pleasing and cared for. This belief creates a more respectful culture and demonstrates respect towards the families served.
