BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! FIX THE CZO Public Meeting #2 6 p.m., Thursday, January 29, 2015 Holy Angels, 3500 St. Claude Avenue
What: Due to public demand, The Riverfront Alliance will host a second FIX THE CZO Public Meeting on needed changes to the City of New Orleans Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (CZO). Core issues will be presented and an open discussion will follow. All City Council Members have been invited to participate and respond to the public.
Why: Mutual concerns with the draft CZO have unified several neighborhood organizations, speaking for the thousands of residents who will be negatively affected by proposed zoning. Changes to the draft CZO are necessary, before it has the force of law, to protect fragile neighborhoods and citizens citywide from harmful, irreversible land use policies. The Size Matters campaign continues as part of this initiative.
The Riverfront Alliance is comprised of the following non-profit neighborhood organizations:

• Faubourg Marigny Improvement Association
