International School of Louisiana Hosts 5k Spring Shuffle and 1 Mile Family Fun Run on March 15

Why: 
Learn about health & wellness, enjoy an international experience and support a great cause with ISL’s 5k Spring Shuffle. Proceeds from this event help underwrite the International School of Louisiana's Physical Education and food services programs.
 

A post race party will include food, refreshments, music, and fun for the whole family, including Mini Zumba and Yoga classes, nutrition expert advice, and family friendly activities including face painting, unicycle races, Chinese Yo-Yo competitions, Circus Arts Juggling workshops (led by ISL’s Circus Arts program), and more!  

Early registration is $10 for children, $25 for adults, and $40 for families.  All early registrants receive a free t-shirt.
