International School of Louisiana (ISL) Refrigerator Art Auction & Gala to be held Sept. 279/3/2014 What: 11th Annual Refrigerator Art Auction & Gala to benefit the International School of Louisiana (ISL) When: Saturday, September 27, 6:00 PM to 10 PM; Patron Party starts at 6:00 PM and Gala begins at 7:00 PM Where: Generations Hall, 310 Andrew Higgins Dr., New Orleans, LA 70130 Why: Inspired by the humble kitchen appliance that serves as the first showcase for budding artists everywhere; this fun-filled event features an eclectic art and non-art auction, fantastic food, live music and an open bar. The auction includes hand painted custom-designed fridge doors and other unique items.
Tickets: General admission tickets are $60 each, inclusive of music, food, open bar, and silent auction; Patron Party tickets are $125, including benefits of general admission tickets plus admission to Patron Party and preferred VIP seating and waiter service. Ticket prices include VIP after party admission immediately following gala at 10pm to the Metro Night Club at Generations Hall. Pre-event online and campus ticket sales close on September 15, but tickets will be sold at the door night of the event for $150 Patron Party & Gala and $75 for the Gala. Event proceeds help underwrite the Enrichment Programs at the International School of Louisiana, a tuition-free public charter school providing a language immersion education in French and Spanish.
