ISL accepting kindergarten applications for 2015-2016 school year

The International School of Louisiana’s Jefferson Parish Campus is currently accepting Kindergarten applications for the 2015-2016 school year. ISL, a French and Spanish language immersion school in grades K-8, was named Charter School of the Year, a Certified World Language School, a Top Gains School and is consistently a high-performing school.

The school will hold an OPEN HOUSE on Thursday, March 12, 2015.   The open house will take place at the ISL- Jefferson Campus located at 8101 Simon St. in Metairie. Registration from 6pm-7pm. Parents can get information one-on-one with language immersion specialists and meet campus administrators.  Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the school and apply on site. Dedicated to cultural diversity and global awareness, ISL (grades K-8) is the only multi-language immersion school chartered by the State of Louisiana.  From their first day of school, students are taught core academic subjects in either French or Spanish by native speaking teachers.
