Come see how we do it and if it is a good fit for your child.” The LACA virtual classroom is “virtually” anywhere there is a child, a computer and the internet in Louisiana. Lessons are tailored to the child and LACA provides the child with textbooks, science equipment, a computer and internet subsidy. The students and their teachers connect and communicate via an interactive white board, webcam, telephone and email.
“Louisiana Connections Academy serves students from across the state who are academically gifted, those who need extra assistance, those who want or need a flexible schedule, or those seeking an alternative to the traditional classroom,” said Principal Wood. “Come see what we are about.” ABOUT LOUISIANA CONNECTIONS ACADEMY (www.LouisianaConnectionsAcademy.com) Louisiana Connections Academy is the state’s leading provider of high-quality, free public virtual charter schooling for grades K through 12.
